Battlefleet Manafactured
In continuing my adventures into Battlefleet Gothic, I expanded my initial library of parts. I added plenty of weapons and attachments, lots of greebles, and a bunch of goopy alien parts. I have some miscellaneous Space Marine models and have been thinking about converting them to be like Infested Terrans - and they'll need an Infested fleet!
In my first post I talked about the initial plan for how to accomplish an entire fleet. I looked at a bunch of Battlefleet ships and broke them apart into modular pieces, adding repeating details to look more Gothic cathedral-y. I also sculpted some hero parts; the prows and the cannons. Finally, I made several alien parts: Tentacles, carapaces, and claws. I was able to quickly whip up several variations of Escort Destroyers, Cruisers, and Battleships. To whet our appetite, I put these together into a gray beauty render below!

Here's the first batch of ships printed up, courtesy of my local library! They've been extremely helpful in my tabletop adventures, allowing me to try and make things I wouldn't otherwise be able to. I got to priming and painting, aiming for a brown-carapace, purple tentacles, and white claws for the infested bits, and a simple silver/bronze metallic with a blue prow for the ships themselves.

Pictured above are 3 escorts (duplicated 3 times, they're not complicated ships) and three cruisers (in two variants). The middle variant has some heavy cannons and launcher bays, and the near ones have various cannons and prow lancers too.
I also got some squadrons printed, but I think I need to re-model them; they turned out around the same size as the support sprues they were printed on, and tore apart the instant I tried to remove the supports. I think these have to be exaggerated in scale just so I can put them on the table, paint them, etc.

Upcoming are the two battlecruisers variants I designed, as well as a space base (I have no idea if that's a valid ship, but I got carried away while modelling). I also made some "terrain" as it were, some asteroids and a space hulk.
Since Battlefleet is a dead game, I have no idea what the status of it's copyright is. However, I don't think there should be any issues with providing the STL's for printing the above spaceships for use an any tabletop or miniature game!
Anyway, thanks for reading!
