Miss Captain Bear's Miniatures

In the past couple weeks I've mostly been finishing up the various scratch-builds and prints I've had going on. I've also started a large, new project which I'll talk about in future posts, but it's nowhere near ready to be shown off yet. Anyway, here's a rundown of the models I've finished up recently!

You ever have those projects that just have... momentum ? This was one of those. I had intended to just kind of work on it intermittently, but it just kept coming together quickly, and that made me excited to continue working on them. How fun!

After finishing up my Battle-Egg scratch build, I was itching for a new project to sink my teeth into. I reached out to folks at my FLGS, and one of the people there was interested in collaborating on something they'd wanted for a bit - A Baneblade tank. It's a new type of building for me: Smooth surfaces, hard angles, and solid construction. I was excited, and got to work!

A couple weeks ago my partner and I visited the warhammer store and picked up some of their free giveaway minis. Since neither of us run Space Marines, we decided to have a little paint party and try out creative and weird schemes. Here's how they turned out!
